ROMEO HAMEL is the owner and operator of the Novex Terminal platform. Novex Terminal is a Software as a Service (SaaS) macro trading terminal designed for serious retail traders. The platform provides access to macro market tools and research in one workspace, including but not limited to macro overview dashboards, economic calendar, market live feeds, interest rate data, seasonality analysis, prediction-market radar, article feeds, bank research, positioning data, AI-assisted research features, and customizable workspace layouts.
Novex Terminal is an information and analysis tool. It does not provide investment advice, brokerage services, or trade execution. You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions.

- Resell, redistribute, or republish Service content, market data, or outputs except as expressly permitted by us or the relevant third-party licensors;
- Use the Service for any unlawful, misleading, or harmful activity.
We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate access, without prior notice where appropriate, if we reasonably believe you have breached this Acceptable Use Policy.

Pricing
Prices are shown in euros (EUR), inclusive of applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to change pricing. Users are responsible for internet or telecom fees required to access the platform.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment provider. By providing your payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method. Failed payments may result in suspension of paid features.
Billing
You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Invoices and billing history are available from your account settings. You are responsible for ensuring your billing information is correct. We may adjust pricing or tax conditions with advance notice where required by law.
Available plans
If you register without selecting a paid plan, you are placed on the Free plan with limited access to certain modules and features. The Pro plan provides broader access to the terminal, including full use of paid modules and workspace features. Plans can be subscribed to monthly or yearly.
Subscription start date
Your paid subscription starts once your payment is successfully processed. You then gain access to the corresponding plan features for the billing period. Free trials, when offered, start according to the terms displayed at checkout.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer within the meaning of applicable French and European consumer protection law, you have a legal right to withdraw from a paid subscription contract within 14 calendar days of its conclusion, without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty, except for any non-refundable fees expressly permitted by law.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement to contact.novextrading@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires. You may use the following model, but it is not mandatory:
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the provision of the following service: [describe the subscription]. Ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]. Date: [date]. Signature (if sent by post): [signature].
If you withdraw within this period, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise.
Digital service exception: if you request immediate access to Novex Terminal at checkout and expressly acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once full performance of the digital service has begun, your withdrawal right may no longer apply from that point, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and applicable EU rules. Where this exception applies, we will inform you clearly before checkout.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated. No refunds are issued for unused time unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated below.
Auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly). Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid additional charges.
Refund policy
If you are entitled to withdraw under the 14-day right of withdrawal above, we will refund eligible payments as described in that section. Outside that statutory right, Novex Terminal subscriptions are otherwise non-refundable for unused time, renewals, or upgrades, except where mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise or we agree to an exceptional refund at our discretion.

Certain organizations (e.g., search engines, news outlets, government agencies) may link to our site without prior approval, provided the link is not misleading and does not imply sponsorship. Requests for additional link permissions should be sent to contact.novextrading@gmail.com.

Disputes
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute. Where mediation is available and applicable, it should be attempted before litigation.
Jurisdiction
If litigation becomes necessary, the courts of France shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may grant jurisdiction to courts in your country of residence.
Entire agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Novex Terminal regarding your use of the platform.
